Der "Film" besteht aus zwei Kurzgeschichten, die inhaltlich keinen Zusammenhang haben. Episode 1 - "The Fact in the Case of Mr. Valdemar" von George A. Romero: Eine Ehefrau hebt ihr alten reichen, aber verstorbenen Mann in der Tiefkühltruhe auf. Mit ihrem Lover will sie möglichst schnell an das Geld des verstorbenen, doch dieser ist nicht so tot, wie sie vermuten. Episode 2 - "The Black Cat" von Dario Argento: Ein Fotograf tötet im Vollrausch eine Frau und eine schwarze Katze. Er mauert beide in seinem Haus ein, doch als die Polizei die Wand öffnet, macht sie eine furchtbare Entdeckung.
