Profikiller John Wick hat mit seinem Rachefeldzug die halbe Unterwelt gegen sich aufgebracht. Die Hohe Kammer hat genug. Der legendäre Auftragskiller versteckt sich derweil bei seinem alten Freund Shimazu in Osaka. Doch dort spüren ihn die Männer des Marquis bald auf. Die werden ausgerechnet von Johns einst bestem Freund begleitet: Der blinde Caine ist eigentlich ausgestiegen, doch wird nun gezwungen, Jagd auf Wick zu machen. Der hat nur eine Chance, zu überleben. Doch dazu muss er erst einmal nach Berlin und Paris reisen.
