Kindesmörder Milan hat sich darauf spezialisiert, seine Opfer in Chatrooms zu umgarnen und sie dann ohne Wissen der Eltern an verabredeten Stellen zu treffen, wo er sich brutal an ihnen vergeht. Dafür landet er schließlich vor Gericht, wo er jedoch straflos davonkommt aufgrund eines Verfahrensfehlers. Eine Gruppe von Eltern, die ihre Kinder verloren, will das nicht tatenlos hinnehmen. Sie entführen Milan und andere, die Ähnliches taten, foltern im Kellerkerker ein Geständnis aus ihnen heraus und bringen sie sodann qualvoll zu Tode.
